Printing
Today we are going to be completing letter G . You will need both sets of papers (As seen below) for this activity.
Task:
Trace the uppercase G's, continue printing them to fill the line
Continue on with the lowercase g's
Find the correct page that your child needs to cut out for the 'G' page (Goose in a Garden)
Have your child cut out the shapes from the correct page - Goose in a garden --- What is the name of each shape used? Triangle, circle etc.
Glue them on to the printing page where the shapes are.
Color the page
Take a picture/video of your child while they are working and also of their work and upload it to Seesaw
Listen to the Jolly phonics song - Jolly Phonics Letter G
- Have your child do their best to follow along with the words.
ACTION: Spiral your hands down, as if water is gurgling down a drain and say g, g, g, g.
Complete the letter G card
Find the letter G card. Color it. Practice saying the letter sound of the cards you have completed and doing the actions as well.
Take a picture of your child's work and upload it to Seesaw

Optional: Can your child draw a picture of an animal that starts with the letter G?
Take a picture of your work and submit on Seesaw!
Reading
Explore different books on Epic Books and spend at least 10 minutes reading/listening to stories! I have assigned some books today, but feel free to explore the site as well.
If your child wants to listen to the story, look for the books that say 'read to me' at the bottom of the cover page, and they can click the green play button at the bottom of the book.

Outdoor Exploration
Go outside to get some fresh air!! While outside, collect a few rocks to bring home and paint/color. You can draw pictures, letters, words, numbers, etc on the rocks! Have some fun with it!!
